Do you sell candy apples?

No, we do not. We tried it one time and the algorithm won't let us forget it.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our products are best enjoyed as soon as possible. BUT, if you've got more self control than we do:

- Solid chocolate should be consumed within a year. They are best kept in a cool, dry place.

- Truffles, caramels, and other products containing ganache should be consumed within 1 week if left out at room temp. Storing these products in the refrigerator prolongs their shelf life for another week, just remember to bring them back to room temp before enjoying.

What's in the Kitchen Sink?

We're not lying when we say it could be anything we carry in the store! Any leftover or damaged product gets mixed together and thrown in our cookie dough, ice cream, or bark. 

Are your products allergy friendly?

We do our best to plan production so that we can avoid cross-contamination. However, all of our products are made in the same kitchen. We can't guarantee that any of our products are free of allergens. If you have any specific allergy questions, please contact us at info@thechocolateria.ca

Do you offer local delivery? What counts as "local"?

We do! Addresses up to 60km away from our store (361 Roncesvalles Ave.) are eligible for local delivery.

Can I return/exchange my order?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order or the product you've purchased, please contact us at info@thechocolateria.ca

When can I expect my order? 

Pick up and local delivery orders are generally ready same-day or next-day.

Shipping orders are prepared and dropped off at the post office within 1 or 2 days of the order being placed. Once it is with Canada Post, we no longer control how quickly your order will arrive (but we manifest speedy travels for all orders).

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, we only ship within Canada and to the US.
